- The Victory Hotel at Therme Erding / Galaxy Erding outside of Munich, Germany, is the only on-site hotel at this amazing waterpark. Fans of cruise ships and yachts will definitely love staying in this class of room, (although the hotel also offers more traditional room designs). #thermeerding #hotelvictory #waterpark

I've been to the Theme 3 times... Best place ever!!! My dream spa
Hey Morgan, I'm a long time subscriber and I was searching for some more info on the hotel here and your video popped up! This is exactly the info I needed, thanks :D
Glad I could help! Are you going to Munich?
@@VeryunOfficialTravelGuides Yes for Oktoberfest, so we're thinking this will be the perfect last day for us!
Great idea!
I'm at work (during lunchtime) and laughed so hard at your review of the bathroom. Thanks for a good laugh. The place does look fun though!
Such a cool 😎 room. You make me want to travel. 😭 really enjoying your European travels. Lots of places to add to my list. Thank you Morgan
Great review and I love your comments on the room and bathroom! The holes in the door are meant to make it easier to open the door when you have wet, slippery hands. But I don't know if that makes you more comfortable. lol
so cool and seriously looks like the master in a yacht
I really love that room
Nice hotel and so different than anything I've ever seen before. As soon as I saw that bathroom I knew it would not be Morgan approved.
Nice place.
Nice looking field outside your balcony, but you would think that the water park would be outside the "yacht cabin" while, the field would be outside the "regular room". Also, I forgot to tell you, the last few videos had commercials for Candy Crush, including this one. Not much variety for them, I guess....lol. I agree with you about the toilet room door. That is truly bizarre.....and disturbing.
Buzzfeed used to show this regularly on their “Bring Me” series, it always looked fun!
we have been going to Vegas 1-2 times a year for 30 years, and the first thing we do when we into our room, is shut the curtains and turn down the AC as low as possible... its the only way to cool the room. If I couldn't get the room dark, I would never book there again. And the only experience with opaque doors/windows we had was at the RIO back in the late 90's...the back of the shower had an opaque window into the bedroom area... problem was there were 4 of us, so 3 had to leave everytime someone wanted a shower :-) Bathrooms should be VAULTS !!
I also disapprove the bathroom doors!
Beautiful room and view, but that sun leaking in would be a deal breaker for me.
It really was extreme.
That looks like a great place to visit except for the farm land. Can you say hay fever (insert lots of sneezing)!
Oh ya, that would be hard core.
Nice room and balcony. I don't get bathroom door either. Must be for people with voyeuristic tendencies. Motley Fool ad. They must know I check cruiseline stocks.
Room looks cool. We have been staying in Germany last week and my biggest problem with many German hotel rooms is that the airco does not cool the room enough. How is your experience on this?
I agree. Very few regions of Germany usually have summer weather where it's hot enough to need AC, so I can understand why they don't install the heavy-duty kind of systems like in Florida. Still, when it DOES get as hot as it is right now, you sure miss it, right?
@@VeryunOfficialTravelGuides oh yes, we were in Karlsruhe last weekend and I had booked a hotel that advertised to have an airconditioning, but it barely cooled the room and with temperatures of 30+ celsius it was hotter in the room then outside it.
Stayed a week before that in the Jumeirah hotel in Frankfurt. Thet did have a proper system, but then again a ridiculous bathroom....🤣🤣
Totally like Epic, the split bathrooms! Lol yeah why? Why people have to design bathroom that is see though or have a hole on the door? Who are these weirdos? 😆
I will never understand.
This place is a beautiful, surreal dream come to life😻💗 except for the horrible, evil bathroom door🤢🤮😿
How much was the room? They should pay you for staying in a room with a Morgan unapproved bathroom.
Why do these thing exist? I have no idea Pal, seems odd to me too! I mean, a peek hole into the crapper?! Maybe into the shower. But the crapper?! Nope, no thanks!
Toilet shadow puppets?
I don't get the design of the room if you are just going to look at a field, it makes no sense. Over looking a body of water I could understand it more.
Well, it IS nice to be able to go outside and get some fresh air, regardless of what's out there. A field is still better than a parking lot if you ask me!
@@VeryunOfficialTravelGuides True, but I just don't get the boat theme for those rooms if you don't look at water.
Interesting, but definitely not my taste. I'm 100% in agreement with your bathroom likes/dislikes, but to make it work I HATE fingerprints. ;)
