But it went on easily Tips : close your eyes during d process , focus on your breathing (I even did meditation n relaxation in d morning n during d process, also my husband was continuously rubbing my legs (it helped a lot as I knew he is there for me ), lastly i kept on chanting ॐनमःशिवाय n it created a whole diff energy around mee n it got over in 15min !!

I'm set up for an MRI tomorrow as the left side of my back lower-middle is still swollen and hurting from a car accident two years. I am scared to death to get this MRI. I don't like being in something where I can't sit up.
@@alia.palak21 I couldn't handle the small donut hole so I found a larger MRI machine where I felt more comfortable in it. I also took a 20 mg propranolol for panic attacks and 2.5 mg Ambien, to help me relax. The attendant gave me dry washcloth to go over my eyes and it was over in 15 minutes. It had good air movement inside and the temperature was nice. Being inside with the sounds, was more relaxing than the city traffic I had endured, to get there.
@@alia.palak21 Don't know where my answer went so I'll try again. It was okay after I found a bigger MRI machine, rescheduled the appointment, then took 30mg Propranolol and 2.5mg Ambien, to help relax me.
