I kind of learned how to do steps 1-3 just from football practice in 8th grade. There was one water cooler for everyone unless you brought your own water. I learned pretty fast how to chug it without closing my mouth. I feel like a step 3.5 is needed though. Chugging while pouring is one thing, but forcing the water down seems more difficult.
