I bought some it’s still in my fridge. Was hoping to have gone up to a place called Longwood Gardens to photograph their Christmas display it’s amazing! But sadly that isn’t going to happen. Guess I’ll hold onto the film until spring. It’s in the fridge so it should be fine. Lovely photos Matt, as always!
I have been shooting Santa Color (Aerocolor) as my primary color film for almost a year. I love the color saturation, warm tones and contrast.
Amazing! Yes I was surprised and I’m keen to shoot more! Thanks for watching 😊
The colours are so good!
Yes I was pleasantly surprised! Thanks for watching 😊
Great looking light leak shots!
And good timing posting the video now. I'm on my last couple of work hours of the year with little to do but wait for a project manager to release some funds for me to take care of the last invoices of the year, so this was very welcome.
Merry Christmas to you and your loved ones from stormy Denmark.
Thanks so much NP! Yes love the light leaks ha ha. Merry Christmas to you and your family too and thanks for your support throughout the year 🎅
Great timing for Santa Color, Matt hahaha 🤣
You got some lovely shots in here with nice, warm colours!
Yes! Thought this would be good timing ha ha! Merry Christmas to you and your family Nathan!
@MattLovesCameras thanks Matt! And to you and yours!!
I'm a big fan of SantaColor/Kodak Areocolor IV, and the claim of shooting two or even three stops under does work well! I did get it to ASA-400, didn't make any adjustments in development, and got excellent results. I find that it works best at ASA-125 or even ASA-200 to help knock things back when shooting at ASA-100; one thing I want to try is developing it as Slide Film or even through ECN-2 processing. Also, love those dual-lens Minoltas; I have the Weathermatic 35DL with a 35mm and 50mm lens.
Oh wow amazing Alex, I’m keen to see it developed as e6 or ecn-2! Yeah the dual lens cameras are so fun! I only have the 110 weathermatic.
it's not bad for the SantaColor 100 as my experiences.
I order 10 rolls from Kamerastore official website and took the few rolls on last year, and compare to ISO 100, i more like the grain and color when i push to ISO 400.
I remember one roll i took, when i fihish the film and the film stuck in my SLR (Minolta sweet II) cannot auto roll back, maybe bcs it's hand-spooled into reused canisters cause this issue ? i'm not sure actully 😆.
Merry Christmas to you and your family, and can't wait to see your next video 🥰.
Very cool! Yea I’m keen to shoot it at 400 and push it 2 stops. Thanks so much! Merry Christmas to you and your family too! More videos on the way in the next couple of weeks 🥳
Hi is the photos okay with flash
Yes this a superb fine grain colour negative film, using built-in flash in photos will be fine. Thanks for watching! ☺️🙏
hi, i recently just bought one and just wanna know how to know if the autofocus is working?
Hi! Great camera, the only way you’ll really know is when you get your photos back. Usually these cameras either work or they don’t work, so if yours if turning on, shutter firing, it should be good.
@@MattLovesCameras nice thanks matt
