The plan for nationals is sell early and buy at the end, ppl are more apt to move things the last day

@@CardsOnDeck you would think right ? In my experience the big shows like nationals more deals will be made at the very end. In people’s head they have to come home with something (normally being $) Otherwise it doesn’t feel worth it
It’s true however the best cards are usually gone by last day. But if can just get 1 off your targets at a low price. You won.

I fell in love last night with the Kaboom cards after seeing so many on your videos from The National. I was thinking to myself I’ll never get one of those. I bought a box of absolute baseball today and hit a Ken Griffey Jr. Kaboom!!!! I’m just blown away and the Kabooms are by far my favorite card I’ve ever seen!! From one Jeff to another, great job and keep up all the great work!!!!

he got a killer deal on the kaboom pulisic, other guy has terrible negotiation skills, I would have said 10.5 and 500 trade to get to the 11 but he clearly needed the cash. I dont blame him either, nice little paycheck

An 8 is okay for the Tua. The card is incredible no matter how it graded! Another awesome video from the National!
An 8 is consider a junk. Sell it ASAP
@@brucelee8926 Tua will be an amazing player. He is already showing it. An 8 not bad. I consider a 6 and below bad unless its vintage.
@@tewcards23 a 8 on a modern card is absolutely junk. Hard to get less then a 9 on a modern card. That card definitely shouldn't of been graded if it got a 8
@@PIP-zf9yb The only real problem with the card is the print line. To me a Tua Rookie card /5 is a long term hold.

buying and selling sports cards makes you great? people working in the inner cities helping drug addicts and abused kids are great. People running into burning buildings are great. A wealthy guy enjoying spending outrageous amounts of money on sports cards, while many others have lost everything in the pandemic, is not great. he's not bad for doing it, but hardly great. Check yourself.

It graded a 9.5 with all four 9.5 subgrades! Honestly I was surprised, I didn’t think it was that perfect myself.

I love these videos! I’m a collector from the 80’s, mostly basketball and hockey. I only own 1 card from 97. After that I think the card market got flooded and lots of these cards are a dime a dozen. I respect the limited numbered cards, especially the game used auto’s. But I can let myself buy a Zion RC that has thousands and thousands of graded 9.5 BGS, 10 PSA’s already on the market. Not that their bad players by any means. I just think getting a 80’s Dr.J or Magic RC trumps all these newer cards. Imagine in ten years from now how many will have unopened cases of all of these. I’m sticking to 96 and earlier, unless it’s a 1 of 50/100 auto. I’m a 80’s early 90’s collector. Wish I would have went to this event just for some education on some of these newer cards. Much love to all collectors!

My opinion has really turned around on this guy. I was dead wrong and I’m sorry. I thought this guy was a tool and just a head hunter for making capital. True he’s making money which is awesome. But he really cares about the hobby. I didn’t think he did. Definitely made a fool of me. This guy is really cool and legit. Props to him.
