    If you could demonstrate it would be really helpful

      I can't demonstrate beyond what I show in the video on the A2Z because the Google Drive folder with all of the videos I sent to Hotronix to illustrate all the issues had already been deleted and both A2Zs returned. In addition, the phone i filmed them on had been replaced and the videos were not backed up to the cloud. Suffice it to say, Hotronix agreed with the issues as they replaced the unit, twice. Cheers

    I would have gotten a refund and went with Geo Knight or a Transpro. The fact they wouldn't give you full credit on the trade is insane. Good customer service would not only give you full credit but also a huge discount on the upgraded unit.

    • @OneDegreeLife
      @OneDegreeLife  Před 2 lety

      They DID give me full credit on both returns, BUT for some reason, I had to pay for return shipping when I SWITCHED to a different model. It was at least their freight rate, but ya, that wasn’t my favorite.

    I was just about to order one today. Not sure what to get now. Maybe just go back to the cheaper amazon ones?

    • @OneDegreeLife
      @OneDegreeLife  Před 2 lety +1

      I’m sure many people have and love these. Maybe I just got 2 duds. I’ve not used the Amazon ones, but know some people who have and they can be hit and miss. Ha, kinda why I went with the A2Z. The Max is more, but if you call about a return/open item, it might not be a ton more than an A2Z. Heat Press Nation also offers some that are supposed to be good.

    Stahls tech specs states it is 62 pounds and shipping weight is 72 pounds.

    • @OneDegreeLife

      Ya, if I said something like 150+, I was thinking of the Fusion because it's the last one I was working with the shipping/moving on.

    So, Stahl's had great customer service and took the machine back and paid for shipping to send it back?

    • @OneDegreeLife
      @OneDegreeLife  Před 2 lety +1

      So sorry. I'm not getting any notifications from YT for some reason. I'm not trying to get caught up. When I returned my first A2Z, yes, they sent a replacement and a call tag for the original unit. I did end up having to haul the thing to UPS though as no one was home for a pickup. When I returned the SECOND unit, they deducted the shipping charges from my return because I was moving to a different press LINE. Not sure why that was the case, but they charged me their discounted freight rate so it was MUCH less than it would have been had I just gone in wanting to mail a 150 lb box. Hope this helps

      @@OneDegreeLife Yes thank you! I ended up purchasing it for my small business. So far so good. Some things were slightly sloppy on my machine. When I called in to ask about it, I did not realize that Stahl's actually buys the parts and assembles it in house - then conducts the checks on the machine so that it works well. Everything that I said was sloppy was all cosmetics and not the actual workings of the machine.

      I've had mine for 10 months and as of about 2-3 months ago, I started needing to add an additional pillow under my garment while pressing because the pressure knob was turned all the way to its tightest setting and still wasn't pressing well. Now it's gotten to the point that there's so little pressure, hot fix rhinestones are literally falling off my garments when I pick them up off the press. So disappointing because the first few months were great.

      Not every product works for every person. He can move on to another product without having to blast them on CZcams. I’m sure he’s the guy he eats at restaurant and posts a bad review if his coffee took one second too long to get refilled. He needs to get over himself.

      This video was very informative and I wish I had seen it before I made my purchase of the same press. I can confirm that I am experiencing the same type issues and I am on the verge of looking for another press. Had I known this I could have avoided wasted time and money. So if this video helps people to avoid the same, then it is indeed helpful.

      @@OneDegreeLifeyour video is fine. If they won't stand behind their own product, then move on. But you still ended up buying the fusion which is a dope press. You could have jumped to geoknight, hix, insta or others.
