To service the electronics or condensate pump we need to access the right side of the unit (when viewed from output vent). But the soffit shown at the end of the video appears to show the right side of the unit up against a wall making it inaccessible for service. Can you show us photos of a correctly installed unit with soffit and access panel? Thanks.

Can you add a plenum ti this unit and run 3 ducts about 7 feet?

    Hello,
My High wall Duct-Free units display the "Set" temp for the unit on the front panel.
If I toggle the remote, the front display will read the Room Temperature BUT only for a few seconds before reverting back to the Set temp.
    Question,
Is there a way I can set the front panel to display the current room temperature without reverting back to the set temp?
    Thank you in advance

So what happens if the condensate pump fails? How difficult is replacing the pump? Asking seriously because I'm strongly considering one of these but I am not crazy about how these handle condensate.

you fix it when you're making the repair on the sheetrock.

If you install that in a soffit how can it be serviced or repaired in the future without tearing out sheet-rock every time?

Hello Jeremey - thanks for checking with us. It is recommended that an access panel be installed under the unit to provide access if service is needed. We hope this helps! -NC

I have a problem with this system, the ducts stopped sending air into the space, the efficiency is very low

This video shows the what appears to be the wrong flaring tool for a unit with the heat pump feature. The tool used in this video appears to be a "Concentric" and does not flare copper tubing in a manner intended for the high pressure associated with heat pump mode. The proper flaring tool has an "Eccentric" design and flares tubbing in a manner suited to substantially higher pressure.
