I recently purchased a brand new Haier solar hybrid AC. Unfortunately, the unit isn't working. Haier's policy states they do not accept returns. The company installed the AC five days after my purchase, but it failed to work right away. Three days later, workers came to fix it, but they couldn't identify the problem. After another day, a worker managed to fix the AC, but now it doesn't cool properly. Despite being a new unit, this AC has been a disaster. The company refuses to return it, and I am extremely dissatisfied with both the product and the company's service. Additionally, Haier employees have been using abusive language and speaking rudely. The complaints process is unsatisfactory, and I am not satisfied with the company's policies or service. Please, do not purchase this AC. The problems are substantial, and the company's service is far worse than expected. i live in Pakistan

Ha ha in never knew the double meaning: Haier pronounced: "Higher". Tip: stuff a piece of plastic airbubble type insulation, such as shipping insulation, in between the now open, unsealed gap of the two glass panes top to bottom fashion with aid of a putty knife to airlock the plastic keeping hot air drafts, sounds and bugs coming in.
I assume they are also Mounted on brackets outside the window, that just wasn't shown?

My friend and I both brought a Haier Fridge about 4 years ago and they've both since had to get replaced! I do not recommend.

This video shows the what appears to be the wrong flaring tool for a unit with the heat pump feature. The tool used in this video appears to be a "Concentric" and does not flare copper tubing in a manner intended for the high pressure associated with heat pump mode. The proper flaring tool has an "Eccentric" design and flares tubbing in a manner suited to substantially higher pressure.
WARNING DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM Haier. Ive had there fridge and washing machine both crapped out within a year and to get them repaired is a waste of time because it cost a fortune grrrr
