So my husband is a owner operator for many years and now has 3other trucks driving for us but now I'm a minot inky a "minority " but a female thats passionate abd taking my steps to start brokerage. I have my numbers, ein, etc so im just researching for best nond rates and now need training. Where do I get the training for Brokers? P.s. Rates have plundered yet again so it's difficult for our drivers but we're trying to throw in some "extras" to help them stay motivated.
