love so much that you describe the fabrication and how the fabrics feel to the touch! Not enough people do that
I am SO glad you find that useful!! x
Love your videos ❤❤❤❤ thanks for making content for us!
Thank you! So glad you enjoyed xx
I’ve wanted to shop at Dissh for a few linen pieces. Great video! Everything looks good on you.
Thank you! 🤗 Linen is definitely their specialty xx
Thanks Jamie❤❤. I love Dissh and have more pieces than I care to tell. Love the cass dress. Been looking at getting the black maxi length
This is me too 😅🤭 really love the direction the brand has gone in. The cass is beautiful! Such a stand out
Any synthetic content rules a garment out for me, even Spandex, but thanks for showing us these ❤
Completely understandable - I know your love of silk and silk knitted pieces! :)
I’ve just found your channel and wish to order a Dissh dress but am leery about the sizing…do you find the linen dresses true to size? Many thanks from california love your videos !
Thank you so much! Yes I would say they fit true to size. I'm a standard size AU8 (this is the equivalent of a US4/jean size 26) and that's the size I've always ordered in their clothing :)
@@mademoisellejaime thank you so very much💕
Thank you. I'm a new subscriber and I'm really enjoying your content. I was wondering if you could recommend a good all season navy blazer? The one you were wearing in the video reminded me that I am on the hunt for one. I checked the link you left and they do not have my size. I am also thinking linen isn't exactly good in Colorado but a few months a year. I'd appreciate any guidance. Thank you. Cheers to your channel!
Thank you so much for subscribing! Also, my sincerest apologies for the delay in responding. What I would recommend looking for is a blazer that is some sort of blend, which to the touch has a bit of a suiting feel, as it'll work both for autumn/winter or spring/summer. I have one from Arket which really fits the bill, though sadly they don't seem to have it available anymore. It's a wool blend but not heavy and thick, really quite thin but with just enough structure. Tibi's tropical wool is a great example of this :)
@@mademoisellejaime I really appreciate your thoughtful response. I’ll keep looking. Arket doesn’t ship to the U.S. for some reason. Anyway, cheers and thanks.
@@ariffle9402 any time! You can shop Arket via YOOX (owned by the net a Porter group) so worth checking there as older season items often pop up!
@@mademoisellejaime awesome 👏 thanks for the tip.
The white off the shoulder dress is beautiful! Did you ever review the Jayde dress?
Thank you so much! And no I never did - though it's lovely! x
you're one of those annoying people where EVERYTHING looks incredible on you! this was no exception - but that monique top!! holy moly - that was a stand out. I'm also curious about the Rowan pant too. another great video! x
LOL Vee I promise, absolutely not, but you're so lovely for saying so. Have you tried the Uniqlo pleat front pants yet? x
The last skirt is AMAZING. As is the first dress. I will be hunting for something similar skirt wise this side of the world as I know that I would pay a lot to buy anything from this brand! Cos reminds me of them a little bit but its more androgynous and doesn't have the dress options but I feel like the skirt is so versatile.
Definitely an underrated piece, and one that I've found really easy to dress up/down. Have you seen this one? bit.ly/3K9FaLq - it's a satin but a similar sort of a vibe.
@@mademoisellejaime unfortunately and other stories doesn't ship to Canada I am super sad about that!
@@freckledklutz I'm so surprised about that!! Also like how Arket doesn't ship to the US (and I feel like they don't ship to Canada either??). Hope you manage to stumble across a local alternative :)
Thanks for doing these. There are so many ads on social media these days and it's sometimes hard to tell whether a brand is legit or third rate with fancy branding.
So glad you find them useful! Let me know if there are any particular brands you'd like to see next x
I love all of this pieces on you. You look like a model.I m already 60 years old but i enjoy your channel very much.😍
You are too kind, thank you so much!! And I'm so glad to hear. Hope you've had a beautiful weekend xx
As always, you look great in everything. So effortlessly chic. Loved the grey trousers but being 160, i will have to pass on that
You're too kind, thank you! xx
Has anyone had experience shipping to CAD? Merci!
Can’t share my personal experience being in Australia, however I understand they don’t charge tax/duties upfront so would be something you’d get hit with when it arrives in Canada 🤪
i bought the infamous dissh dress that’s a knit ribbed and returned it straight away the fabric was soooo heavy and scratchy and was not soft at all. Very disappointed especially for the price.
It is super heavy, isn't it? That was my estimation of it too. I think that's great if it's what you're after but I personally prefer my knitted dresses to have a light quality to them. I found kinda weighed you down when wearing!
That black top with cut-outs is sooo sexy. Lovely haul overall!xx
Right?! But not in an overt way. Definitely one of my favourites from the items that I ordered :)
