I hope my answer was helpful.The pps320 only shuts down automatically about 6 hours after the device does not have any output. If the unit starts up again, the pps320 may also wake up after the unit starts outputting. But not the AC, which is connected to the inverter and needs to be switched manually by operating the buttons

My Ac port and Dc port dont work, only usb port work. I already rebooted. Its brand new. What can I do? Please help me
