I worked with a welder in Alberta Canada oilsands. He was nostalgic for the Soviet Union because there, he said that welders were retired at the age of 50 or 55 due to the toxicity of the trade. In Canada most of the welders, boilermakers, pipe fitters etc hardly collect a pension cheque before we die.

Japan, the US, France, Canada, and S. Korea all have pretty competitive heavy vessel fabrication capabilities, although the majority of the work in the past few decades has involved replacement steam generators and replacement reactor vessel heads. In some areas, such as large forgings, Japan and South Korea have great technology, which is used by other component manufacturers. Although I suspect Russian manufacturing is responsible for that country's nuclear components, I am not aware of other countries using their services for such work, with the possible exception of fuel. In that market, Rosatom is a major player.

Canada and the US definitely don't, not sure about France. Japan and South Korea certainly do produce reactor pressure vessels ( the main heavy component involved ). For the US it's just an embarrassing demonstration of the decline of US manufacturing, for Canada it's more that we never had that capacity and designed our reactors to not need it ( or enriched uranium ).
In terms of where Russian RPVs go, pretty well any place that gets VVERs so Turkey, India, Bangledesh, Egypt all come to mind. China may also be taking Russian RPVs but they also may have wanted Chinese manufacture of the Russian design for their VVERs. All told Russian VVERs comfortably dominate the new build market and thus the manufacturing of RPVs, frankly Russia's dominance of fuel is comparatively weak next to their hold on the export market for reactors.
The major competitors to Russian reactor exports are South Korea and China. Both the US and France have had pretty poor showings in the export market as their builds went massively over budget and behind schedule, continued interest in their product has more to do with geopolitics then the strength of their product or track record. Canada might have an opening to make a big move as the refurbishment of Ontario's CANDU fleet has gone quite well and they're ramping up to consider doing new builds but we'll have to wait and see on that.

That first-of-a-kind structure went way over budget and schedule. Westinghouse faced similar delays in the construction of their FOAK US containment structure (that pressure vessel is about 270 ft tall x 130 ft wide x about 3" thick), nearly bankrupting their parent company, Toshiba. I suspect the Rushkies haven't built anything like that yet.
