1 cup = 250 ml; Tbsp. = Tablespoon = 15 ml; tsp. = teaspoon = 5 ml; g = grams
Ingredients:
200g Spinach (Palak)
1 Kg Lamb / Mutton
2 cups Onion
1 ½ cups Tomato
2 large Green Chillies
¼ tsp. Turmeric Powder
1 ½ tsp. Red Chilli Powder
1 ½ tsp. Garam Masala
1 tsp. Coriander Powder
8 Garlic Cloves
1" Ginger
¼ cup Yogurt
2 tsp. Kasuri Methi [Fenugreek Leaves] (dried)
3 Tbsp. Cooking Oil
Salt to Taste
Serves: 6
