What a fantastic nonfiction novel
I enjoy it a lot,
It's helping a lot of students to improve their English pronunciation and enabling them to utter the words used in the novel.
So my suggestion is
First, listen to the audio and shadow it by producing sound through your tongue.
This will help you a lot and make you able to understand fast English and become fluent in English

If you already have a good vocabulário. I suggest you to train connective speach. I try to watch the tv serie "the bodyguard" and I didn't understand well, I only understand this tv serie with subtitles.
