The blues are "Caribbean"
The greenish could be "Cool Mint"
The white/creamy could be "Meringue White" or "White" depending on the lighting.

Look up how to season cast iron. I'm assuming the black interior is still metal and not enameled. Even pre seasoned pans work better if you season them again. Beautiful collection of pans. They are also my favorite.

You need to treat that enamel cast iron like a raw cast iron, because it sound like the enamel has be scratched off. You cannot use metal utensils with the cast iron. I have 30 year old Lodge Cast raw iron that is now practically non stick. A seasoned raw cast iron cooks better for me than enamel cast iron. Don’t give up on your pan. Just treat it every so often.
