  • The binaural beats in this video are created through the interplay of two sub-bass sine waves (40 Hz in the left channel and 60 Hz in the right channel), leading a listener using headphones to perceive a harmonious 20 Hz Beta wave (β) which can aid in concentration and alertness. Enjoy, and rest well.
Please note that as these frequencies are in the sub-bass range, your audio equipment must be capable of playing very low frequencies or you will probably hear nothing at all.

The term "binaural" literally means "having or relating to two ears." Binaural beats occur when two different frequencies are heard simultaneously, one in each ear, prompting the brain to interpret these distinct tones as a single auditory experience. This process, a unique aspect of human auditory perception, involves the brain synthesizing the phase variations between the tones to create a "beat." This beat is an auditory illusion, formed by the brain's reconciliation of the two different frequencies. The frequency of the binaural beat is the mathematical difference between these tones, and it can lead to various cognitive and physiological effects based on its frequency range.
Beta waves, ranging from 12 to 30 Hz, are integral during periods of heightened alertness, focus, and cognitive functioning. These waves are most prominent during tasks that require active concentration, decision-making, and problem-solving, fostering an environment of critical thinking and logical reasoning. Beta frequencies support an increase in alertness and analytical skills, which are crucial for navigating complex tasks and effective communication. They are synonymous with a state of engaged mindfulness, facilitating a harmonious balance between mental activity and clarity.

⚠️ 𝗗𝗜𝗗 𝗔𝗡 𝗔𝗗 𝗣𝗟𝗔𝗬 𝗜𝗡 𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝗠𝗜𝗗𝗗𝗟𝗘 𝗢𝗙 𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝗩𝗜𝗗𝗘𝗢?
If so, I'm sorry that happened. I know it's awful to be startled by a mid-roll ad. I have them disabled on all of my content, but CZcams has a confirmed bug that causes them to play for some viewers anyway. It's not just my channel - this has been a problem across the entire platform since at least mid-2022. CZcams's engineers know about the bug and what causes it to happen, but unfortunately, they have not provided any information about when (or if) they will fix it.
The bug tends to manifest as a 30-second mid-roll ad played around the 6-hour mark, and it disproportionately affects iPhone and iPad users. I have been investigating this for a very long time, and I go into more detail about my findings here: czcams.com/video/ndeUVgZMh1Y/video.html
If you are affected by the bug but still want to access my content, I recommend that you view this video's description and try one of the alternatives I have provided, such as Spotify or Rumble. If you want to stay on CZcams, you'll find that I have live stream versions of my most popular content, and they tend to be safe from the bug - but not always.
The only guaranteed way to never get ads on CZcams is to subscribe to CZcams Premium, which I understand is not an option for everyone. As it turns out, the reason I do not need to play ads is because my channel makes the vast majority of its revenue from CZcams Premium.
You are welcome to reply to this comment with information about what happened to you. Historically, it has been helpful for me to know what type of device you are on, which app or browser you use, the approximate timestamp of when the ad played, and what company/product/service the ad was for.
I appreciate your patience and understanding in this matter, and I'm sorry there isn't more I can do.

I turned up the volume really loud because I couldn't hear it at first and accidentally made my ears really rumbly XD

😂 Ohhh yeah definitely be careful with these, that sub-bass is no joke (on systems that can handle it, anyway).

Hey it’s been a while and I’ve been thinking about asking if you could make a hairdryer sound because it brings back memories from when I was a child and makes me feel warm and fuzzy inside :)

Great request! I actually have that one on my to-do list already, just not enough time to record and edit it yet. I will eventually. 😄

It's sub-bass, so your device may not be capable of playing it. 😬
