I keep my hair shortest in the colder months, because of helmet hair. I wear a balaclava on my head and then put the helmet on. Helmet by itself isn't as bad, but when I take the balaclava off any long enough hair will stick up and be a tad static-y. And it's cheaper when the old lady does it for me instead of spending $$ that I need for mods anyway haha.
How do I deal? I just say, meh, is helmet hair, part of riding. As such, I just brush my hair so helmet hair is part of the style. BTW, the little joke after one. Gave me a good laugh! The bandana, aka do-rag actually can be a tricky thing to find but worth a good one if you ride lots of miles. Helps keep you cool with airflow over the scalp surface and of course can wet it before riding. There are different cuts and stitch of good ones. Much like other gear, there are some better than others, so try different ones and some will fit nice and be good for your head.

At, 01:00 when you show up in a suit, I died 😻 So sharp BrownBrady👨🏻💼 I have long hair, I braid it or I am known to also shove it all under my helmet in a loose and layered bun so it lays flat and wont get wind blown. Funniest part of this vid is, 'hey you okay there buddy, hey nice hair'😺
Well if you have thinning hair, or MPB in general, you can defeat that totally taking the famous madication finasteride. That takes at least 6 month to see results but oh boy that thing really works wonders. Anyways, the bandana option sounds good.
