How do we take an appointment?
Coming over for a personal consultation with our maxillofacial surgeon, Dr. Sunil Richardson is the best option. We are located physically near the southernmost tip of India, a town named Nagercoil near Kanyakumari.
However, we have other options for patients from far and wide, who can’t travel for a direct physical consult.
The pictures can be sent to our What’s App number: +919443182860
Or emailed to drsunilrichardson@hotmail.com and appointment asked or advice sought.

The obese doctor standing at the patients head comes across as incredibly rough with the patient. He treat the patient as an object rather than a human being. The noises in the background, such as phone ringing, people kicking stools etc sounds terrible and is very disrespectful to the patient. This is not something which would happen in civilized countries!

I remember myself on operation theater. First, they took me to recovery room where i was just lying down and ecg etc were being monitored.
Then they took my bed towards operation theater and told me to get up and go lie down on the operation theater. (I was a kid).
When i was there, i saw absolutely no one around me except for one doctor and it was a very normal environment i mean no doctors, no tension etc. Then a doctor came and gave me an injection. I knew it was gonna make me sleep. I was looking here and there then closing my eyes getting ready for sleep. After that.
I don't remember anything. I don't even remember blacking out or anything.
Then they woke me up after operation to say Hello to my uncle who was there.
And in three days, i was walking, talking etc. It was cool. It isn't painful people dont get stressed out just by watching it.

Yes you can. It’s just very important to tell your anesthesia team about your sleep apnea so they can care for you as needed. I am an anesthetist myself.

I posted after 5 abdominal operations how terrified Iam of you guys ! Last time it was life saving and they brought a lovely anaesthetist to see me ! He was lovely to talk about my fears ! He ordered Diazepam pre op ! Said I wouldn’t know anything ! He told me to press a button when I woke up it would help with my pain ( although pain never was a worry to me ) I went to the operating theatre I felt out of it remember like I was going to a party and a balcony of people enjoying themselves ! But as soon I was in that room bolt upright ! Every excuse all my fear ! Like an alarm ! The terror was so real ! When I woke up the anaesthetist came to see me he said you had a button to press you didn’t press it in almost 12 hours ! No way ! I was too scared ! Fear is fear and I willed myself to go through pain barrier ! I don’t know why Iam so scared ! 👀
