As a die hard GA fan for 38 yrs, I really like where the program is right now, they are on top right now, and will continue to be a force and a contender every year as long as kirby keeps doing what he is doing, but don't count out Bama, they are still them for a reason, yes they haven't been quite the same team since kirby left, especially on defense, but again they are still elite, and any given year can run the table with the athletes they get in, and they still have that guy nick Saban, I think it's really close between them and GA right now, with the difference being GA is a little better on defense, I don't think GA has so called fully dethroned Bama yet, GA needs to win a few more in the next 4 or 5 years for me to say that, but Bama and GA are basically 1A and 1B right now with both being either or in any given year.

The point that Acho is probably purposely missing is that Bama isnât gone. They could very well win next year or the year after that. Yes, GA has made a amazing accomplishment with the back to back, but Bama is still recruiting amazingly & is still a program that is in contention for National titles. Their dynasty may very well still be Rolling.

As a die hard GA fan for 38 yrs, I really like where the program is right now, they are on top right now, and will continue to be a force and a contender every year as long as kirby keeps doing what he is doing, but don't count out Bama, they are still them for a reason, yes they haven't been quite the same team since kirby left, especially on defense, but again they are still elite, and any given year can run the table with the athletes they get in, and they still have that guy nick Saban, I think it's really close between them and GA right now, with the difference being GA is a little better on defense, I don't think GA has so called fully dethroned Bama yet, GA needs to win a few more in the next 4 or 5 years for me to say that, but Bama and GA are basically 1A and 1B right now with both being either or in any given year.
