    Thank you for the Thermotex recommendation. The product is really good quality, great price point and it works amazingly. I have tried many products through the years, this one is in a league of it's own.

    Have had one for a couple of years. Definetely a good investment, used it on several different body parts, as well as on my service dog. It DOES NOT work on my upper back neck because pads are solid panels. Cant see it working as brad demonstrated it unless he had mid thoracic pain or he had military school straight posture.

      Try ROLLING IT and place under neck. I have one that is jade discs. It is not as malleable as a regular heating pad. The manufacturer showed it rolled and under neck to target neck. Check their website or call their customer service. Amazon has some amazing daily values. You may find a smaller version on deep discount? I use another brand that is effective.

    Bob & Brad: In October, 2018, I had surgery for full thickness tear of my right supraspinatus, and other injuries in the same shoulder. I have regained bench press strength, but the arm is still far behind the left in overhead press. Also, I can hardly throw a ball. What is my prognosis? I am 70 years of age.

    Is a 7-9 degree scoliosis something really bad? Iam 16 and i have big fear of it...i kift weights and suspect that this could make my back muscles unbalanced , please reply

    • @coastiewoody
      @coastiewoody Před 5 lety

      I have 6 degree scoliosis. It did not affect me when I was your age. However, I am now 32, have chronic back problems, bulging discs, fractures, narrowing spinal canal, arthritis (aka degenerative disc disease), and my hip on the shorter leg that caused my scoliosis is in constant pain. So, my suggestion would be what I should have done when I was your age, get an insole for your shoe for the leg that is shorter than the other and find out what other things you can do to help you in the long run. I hate that my life is constant pain. I deal well and my 3 pain level is a lot of peoples 10. I wish you luck!

    • @kintoke2131
      @kintoke2131 Před 5 lety

      You think that this slight scoliosis is the root of ur problems?

    • @coastiewoody
      @coastiewoody Před 5 lety

      @@kintoke2131 Not all of them, but it is attributed to some of them. The hip pain, pelvic muscles being locked up and the back spasms. If I would have listened when I was younger and got that insole for my shoes that boosted my leg up a quarter inch, I have to wonder if things would be different. I have had back pain since 14, scoliosis is what they found, but so mild that the only thing I needed was the insole... and I never did it. Because my hips were uneven due to one leg being shorter than the other (only by 1/2 an inch), my back compensated for it, hence the scoliosis. To deal with pain, I stretch a lot, work out my core muscles and keep them strong, I utilize float pods and infrared saunas. It all does wonders, but it is a shame I have to do it. I wake up in pain every day and just want to wake up one day and be without pain.

    This is basically an infomercial and you guys should atleast state that you are paid to promote the product. More ethical youtubers will always state if they were paid or not when doing a product review and if they received the product free or bought it themselves.

Oh, and I messed up vertebral discs moving my brother last fall. Literally took weeks to be better with the exercises they recommended. These guys are fabulous!
