“The computer says it’s a draw, but good luck defending a draw against Gary in a blitz game”
I know... makes you wonder if you're playing chess against the devil himself!
@@TheAngelOfDeath01 Fabi probably felt like little Misha fighting Karpov during Gary's attack
13 year old Magnus: hold my ice cream

Kasparov retires from chess and 10 years after, casually destroys the number two of the world in a blitz game. What a savage.
Kasparov is a legend ❤️
"The strongest move there is in chess, and that is pawn to b4" that's a legendary one.
Evan's gambit 😏

"The strongest move there is in chess, and that is pawn to b4"
is this some extremely advanced evans gambit joke
Agadmators favorite move
if he mentions b4, yes.
lmao, I missed that one.
It wasn't b4 long that I didn't know what Evans Gambit is, but then m8, I started following Agad :)
I missed the beginning of the Evan's Gambit meta joke, so I'm a little out of it. But it's a pretty funny schtick.
And it was in this position that my day was improved
Last time I was this early there was no original comments yet
"And if you go in the middle of the board, then your king is in the middle of the board" Captain Agadmator
One moment you will be winning , one moment you will be losing , but you will always be fighting 💪👌👌 words of a genius !!!
Another masterpiece from the only Gary Chess. This day couldn't get better!
Kasparov knows his positions so well that he had a counter punch ready for every move Caruana made. great game.
Kasparow used to be and still is the leading expert in the Sicilian Najdorf.
He saw the moves fabi didn't fully see
Yes, we do love it when you finish the game.
Thanks.
My friends at the library loved it.

Garry is the best. That Marijuana guy is good tho.
Bruh 😂
This is the first youtube channel I came across when I started following chess and I still love it😃. Agadmator>>>>>
I'm a simple man
I see Kasparov name in the title and i click
My man kasparov
I see agadmator post a new video i click

i watched this game on other channel but i searched in this for anlaysis, finally uploaded, thanks agadmatar
Nothing better than an all out attack to start the day on a weekend

Excellent game by Garry Chess, inventor of chess -- thanks for the analysis Antonio!
he's a cocky old fart that didn't revolutionize anything
"Kasparov" is Russian for Chess. He is the CEO of chess.
@@igorz4582 he was the champion of champions
@@ayushmaurya1912 he also made an illegal move against a teenage girl and never apologized and wanted to start his own failed chess org because of minor disagreements, he was the greatest in his time but not a very charming person

Float like a butterfly sting like Kasparov
Excellent explanations on why certain moves are played and knowing the correct moment to move a piece. Great stuff!

Ps, you are awesome agad
I agree. We want photo challenges
Kasparov had to be given a smoother name "Garry" to balance his strength.
@Nakul Agarwal bc the "Kasparov" part look so strong, i mean.. russian, that they had to put "Garry" on it to look smoother
After many years dominating and after retirement. Kasparov is still the GOAT. Thanks for having him teaching new gen of players, champs included.
And that’s the reason why I like your channel, you finish it with your own way haha
Good dog in the background :-)
Thanks for playing the games out. I'm still relearning & understanding end games
When you play the Najdorf, you are invincible - Anish Giri.
So, Caruana, Nakamura, and Kasparov --- alone the mentioning of these four in connection with chess will undoubtedly improve everyone's day -- at least those who are into chess-brilliancy!
The games you explain and I watch all look so logical and crystal clear... however, I STILL suck bad at chess... ^^
I get so hyped up from these videos, then start a match, then totally freak out because i cant remember anything!!!!!!!
Finally a win with najdorf ✌️
I love seeing a not in his prime anymore Kasparov showing these young GM's that he's still got it.
I think it was great...love seeing these.
Will we ever see the morphy saga again?
B4 is signature Agad move
Agad is at is again! This guy is the best!
GM games are insane! And this was blitz!

#suggestion Richard Reti vs Frank Marshall (1928). Seems like Reti is losing but he turns the situation around with a brilliant play
The Beast
Thanks for the amazing video agad!
Damn. Kasparov is so good he made Caruana look like me.
That's what I thought! Fabi missed so many obvious moves that could have easily allowed him to draw the game. But I guess the aura of Kasparov was giving nightmares to fabi😎
Gary is a killer. Talent + drive.
13:53 At one moment u will be losing at 1 moment u will be wining but u will always be fighting 🔥 🔥 🔥
"shatters his dreams" awesome analysis Agad!
Good game sir
Never been so early
Pause the video, DEFENSIVE MOVE! YES!
Excellent game, thks
I appreciate seeing the game finished out, really helps this newbie understand _why_ a game is over when it's over. Thanks Antonio 🙏🏻

The greatest attacking game of kasparovs I have ever seen was one of the games in his world championship challenge from Nigel Short.
I literally just watched this game like an hour ago! coincidences scares me.
In early... thank for the videos!!!
Dog is so cute!
This is great to wake up to
You just know that Kasparov is going to attack, Fabi only lost a tempo with pg5 , that was enough for Gary to start thee attack . As always a pleasure to watch him play.
Good stuff! Standings?
You play Sicilian, one moment you will be losing, one moment you will be winning but you always be fighting
~Agad
now, when black is the one to play b4 in the opening, you know something went wrong... we're gonna get to the point where agad plays the hyper-accelerated evans gambit with 1. b4, also wrongly referred to as the "polish opening"
We need magnus and nakamuras very first game.
Please also cover another game by these two where both play symmetrical openings with g3 and bishop g2. Sorta like dragon but moves towards a more kings indian. Its a beautiful attacking game
What about the standings you said we discuss it later?
#suggestion give us a hint b4 you finally ask to pause video
“He has a knight and a bishop, but he’s also down some FIVE pawns”.
That made me crack up when he said that

*and it was on the position that i was early*
Awesome
Just curious...the strongest move at 06:05 bishop to h3...what happens instead of bh3 rather rook to d5...it attacks the black queen. Will it work?
What does #2992 signify? Have seen it on so many agad videos!
His blizzard username is agadmator#2992 which is where the #2992 comes from

#Suggestion Kramnik - Kasparov Novgorod 1997
Fun game. I've got a lot of pleasure from your channel. I have a few questions. What is blitz chess? Playing in Toronto in the 70s, we called five-minute games speed chess, 15-minute games rapid transit, and blitz was two-minutes. CFC tournaments we're played at 40 in two hours or 50 in two. I get the impression that a much quicker time control in national and international has become popular, which saddens me a bit. Is it to make chess more of a spectator sport? Were players getting bored of longer games and longer tournaments? Was it a reaction by tournament organizers to shore up declining enrollment? You know Fischer's old quote, 'Blitz chess kills your ideas.'
Hello everyone this is me commenting
Legends say you get a heart from agadmator if you are early
I really like Garry's playstyle, reminds me of my younger self (primary to junior high period), I love to play tactical positions (which means to play positional but that one move serves alot of purposes, attacking but also defending my other pieces) nowadays I play more pieces sacrifices (Rapport and Ivanchuk styles?)... I hope I can play like I used to, I think my younger self blundered much less than my current self lol
Hey yo!
#Suggestion
Please more Kasparov games (vs Karpov maybe) and recycle the old videos for better quality:)
Hi, Can you please make more videos on Garry, I really Like old grandmaster's strategy and style ;)

Brilliant!
what was the prize money for that blitz tournament?
Talk! Talk! Talk!
can someone explain the images in the top right corner? which chess player is that and what's with the bird?
Chess er Chess og chess er vanskelig!😎
It's incredible how Garry can still crush the strongest active players in the world. He's the goat goat
old is gold
Garry the GOAT
At 5:22ish before Qa5 wouldn't knight d3 just be the best move by far? It delivers check and forks the white queen. I don't see a way for white to keep the queen in the game since if the rook captures then Qc2 would be checkmate. I guess maybe white might still have a chance without the queen in that situation but probably not a very good one.
Kasparov is so intimidating. Hideous beast! Well played

Strongest move in chess.
b4!!
🔥🔥🔥
A good exercise for those who want to get better at chess would be to listen to agad as he tells the notation of moves and play the moves over the board without looking at screen.. it really helps me
"Strongest move there in chess - B4"
It must be like trying to survive in a horror film when playing Kasparov.
Kasparov still has some sting left to startle the talented young turks. It is particularly delectable on account of the following four reasons: (i) Kasparov with Black pieces is victorious, (ii) two world-class players are pitted against each other - clash of the generations, (iii) the opening is a sharp Sicilian & (iv) the playing format is blitz.
Is this a remake or reupload?
