Chicken Rice with Rice Cooker | Rice Cooker Recipe

Chicken rice is a flavorful and popular dish that consists of tender, cooked chicken served with fragrant rice. It is commonly found in various Asian cuisines, such as Hainanese chicken rice, Chinese chicken rice, or Thai chicken rice.
Ingredients - Chicken Rice
- 2 cup Jasmine Rice
- 2 Drumstick Chicken
- 2 cup Water
- 1/2 tbsp. Salt
- 2 tbsp. vegetable oil
- 1 shallot
- 4-5 Garlic
- 1 big Ginger
Ingredients - Chicken Rice Sauce
- 2-3 Green or Red Chilli
- 10g Minced Garlic
- 40g Minced Ginger
- 2 tbsp. Salted Soya Bean
- 1 tbsp. Palm Sugar
- 2 1/2 tbsp. Vinegar
- 2 1/2 Light Soy Sauce
- 1 tbsp. Dark Sweet Soy Sauce

Sauce add soya brown bean ? Perhaps cook here favour strong taste.. to each its own

Hi Juneleong, thank you for your feedback, you may try soya yellow bean paste (above I using Taucu Thailand - Healthy Boy Brand Soybean Paste) or you can based on your flavour to reduce the paste. 🥰
