You have a cool job living on a ship, and it seems like a really nice ship! It's cool to watch your flights over the water. A lot of people would be too nervous to fly off of a ship. Like me, lol.

I took the front wheel off of my bicycle so that it would fit in the back of my car.. I then drove 30 Mi to trail before realizing I left the wheel on my front porch at home!!! At least you're goggles were on board the ship!

Quite fast.
A very inspirational study on the art of overcoming nerves. I'll not be as reluctant to brave the fields around my house after seeing this demonstration. What you have right astern of the superstructure is not simply low pressure, it's violent turbulence where recently ploughed aside air rushes back with a vengeance. I have seen seagulls misjudge that aerodynamic cauldron more than once. I have never flown FPV behind ships, but I have ridden motor cycles right behind semis and felt like a punch ball between unpredictable fists of air.

I can imagine how nervous you were on these steps 1:05 , my knees always shake a little a minute before takeoff. I would worry a lot on the ship, it's a huge stress
Not really nervous as this is not my first time anymore. I've been flying on ships since 2018. More like "acceptance" of whatever unfortunate that might happen 😅
Yes, I've only had it for the first year on stable ones, I've been flying since 2013, but on fpv, every takeoff is still stressful for me@@patrixfpv
