I will have self transfer in ICN terminal 2 and claim my check in luggage have them re-tag. Do I have to follow the green transfer or blue arrival sign.

Hi I did. My initial flight out of Seattle was delayed so I knew I was going to miss my connection. Korean had me booked on a diff airline before I landed. Had I been on time would have been ok.
How long did it take you to pass through security check? That was a long line already!

You gotta take the shuttle bus to Terminal 2
