- Reiki heart chakra alignment and healing. In this ASMR healing experience I will be teaching you all about the heart chakra by giving you all the chakra info I learned, and ways heal traumas. That way we can have that love attraction. We will work together on clearing out what is keeping your heart chakra closed. All of these information is provided below in the description. I learned this from my class in Omaha and I am passing it along to you for your healing journey. Learn and teach others to do the same. We are here to help each other out as we are not alone in this. After the lesson I will be sending crystal energy that is for the heart chakra. Then I will balance out the energies and help remove blockages. I use reiki symbols, sage spray, crystals, healing energy, reiki, and 639HZ overlay during the crystal healing session. Many blessings to you all!
HEART/AIR CHAKRA (Anahata)
I LOVE, 12 petals, located in the middle of the chest.
Deals with love, blocked by grief
Tied to the thymus gland
Regulates the immune system/white blood cells
Physical issues when out of alignment: heart problems, breast problems,
lung issues, auto-immune diseases, poor immune system, rib misalignment,
upper back problems.
Emotional issues when out of alignment: sadness, grief/loss, multiple
personality disorder, moodiness, over/not empathizing, mistrust, addictions,
loneness, toxic relationships, holding onto grudges, difficulty forgiving, no
compassion, unable to set boundaries with partners, inability to let go of
past wounds/trauma, shyness, inability to commit in relationships, defensive.
Activities to balance: learn how to self-love, forgive people, keep a
gratitude journal/show gratitude, practice kindness/doing good deeds,
reach out to positive friends, hugs.
Stones: rose quartz, malachite, chrysoprase, green aventurine, rhodonite,
kunzite, rhodochrosite, jade, emerald, unakite, moldavite, moss agate.

I couldn't wait for your next video. I just got some results from laboratory about my hormone levels and my oestrogen levels are so unhealthy high, it causes a lot of acne, hair loss and fatigue. So I'm very sad today because it's the first sunny day this year (seriously) and I'm in bed😭 I've began a severe diet for fat loss which should help oestrogen levels decrease. But it's so tough. Anyway, I'm so grateful for a sun even from the windows and for your video! Ps. I sold the mic and probably not going to record anymore but that's ok😉

Thank you! That is wonderful to hear. So glad you enjoyed the info and found my voice relaxing. In all the chakra videos it will be like that. I only use the music during the healing part of the session for sending out energies. The music corresponds to the chakra to provide beneficial healing and open up more to receive it. I get a mix of comments on the music thing. To balance it out of who wants music all the way and none at all. I just keep it to only to the crystals. I tend have to mute the audio during that time because of background noise so I have to put that in there. House gets noisy at times. It makes it great instead of all the loud background noise and people complain about that.

This very much maybe do a video leaving that background sound going the whole time. Sometimes when it stops and starts I wake up.
I only put music during the healing session part of the video to help people relax to allow the energy to be received. It helps open up to it. I have played around with putting music at the beginning of the video and it made it harder to hear me. Trying to teach people who want to learn about these things. Maybe could try in a video where it is mostly a healing session. I have a few more videos in the chakra series to release.

Like the sounds of it burning? Or include burning incense? I have a few older videos that include burning saging. I would love to do more, but don't want to wake everyone up in the house to burning sage. If I do get alone time in the house, then will make a video with it.
