The first Purdue basketball game I attended was the first game in Mackey, so that dates me for better or worse. It was a great game with UCLA, which Purdue just barely lost. Rick Mount played that day and he was at the time the best pure shooter I had ever seen. I have many wonderful memories of Mackey, and I hope to return for a game soon.
