    (just sharing this)
I'm having trouble with my new bike when changing the seat height earlier
The lock is too tight I tried pushing the adjust lock but I'm too worried that I might break it, I thought there was an issue but with the help of this vid, it made me realize I'm already doing it right, it's just too tight. I managed to make it unlocked with the amount of force I could then there I lower my seat and lock the seat clamp with less tight than it was before

    • @bikegurusg

Replace your seat clamp as the locking mechanism is faulty. Theoretically, when tightening the clamp, the seatpost should be restricted to move.
