Magneto Tempest being a safe super? It covers the screen and its pretty hard to punish without meter, and even with meter it can trade with supers

I know that in UMVC3, you can DHC into install supers. Is that possible in MVC2 as well? If so, is it possible to DHC into his Iron Muscle super (Reverse DP + LK)?
