  • The crochet Honeycomb Textured Stitch is a soft and warm stitch mainly done with half double crochets and a good dose of front post stitches.
    This beehive-inspired crochet stitch creates a solid fabric, and it’s perfect for blankets, winter hats, scarves, and other accessories, bags, dishcloths, etc.

    This pattern is much more pronounced and will show up great on an afghan. Thanks I love this design also.

    This is awesome! Is there a way to decrease this stitch?

    • @RaffamusaDesigns
      @RaffamusaDesigns  Před 2 lety +1

      Hi, sure. I didn't write down how to make the decreases but I'd say that the easiest would be to work simple hdc dec at either end of your piece. That way, the honeycombs are going to stay the same in the middle, while at the ends, you slowly remove some of the trebles and FPdc. I'm not sure if this makes sense. Maybe I'll write it down properly and add the instructions on the blog :)

    Thank you for sharing your information with us all, can I please ask dose it use alot of wool

      Hi, I didn't compare directly with other stitches but it's definitely not a yarn eater. Let's say that it uses more or less the same amount of yarn as regular hdc plus a little extra for the front post trebles.

      Thanks, I'll take a look at how time stamps work. I haven't figured it out yet 😬
