Do you happen to know if this will work in dry wood termites as well ?

You're welcome, Smoke Stack. Yes, you can spray it, paint it on with a brush or pour it on. If you have a crack in the concrete in that sill plate area, use a funnel to pour some directly into that crack. ;)
