She has worn this dress before , I remember it , to meet the little girl who wanted her to wear pink!! It is her dress. She is so wonderful putting all these people at ease , and with her genuine interest😊

It's not her mother's dress. The heading is deliberately provocative. Kate wore it first when visiting a sick little girl who wanted to meet her but she should wear pink. Her mother afterwards wore the same dress (they both may have bought the same dress as they have similar taste, but they're not the same size anymore), to an Ascot event. 🇿🇦
