Chef Seyhak you are so methodical and organized and very focused as you go about your work. I love that your mother taught you how to prepare crispy fried beef liver. I will try your recipe for the beef liver. I love beef liver. My grandmother used to take thinly sliced pieces of liver simply seasoned with salt & pepper, lightly dredge it in finely ground white corn meal, and fry it in butter. Delicious!!
