      @@maxlandy7642 no buddy it’s road legal
      It’s a homologated exhaust system which means it’s compliant with all Euro5 and Euro4 motorcycles for road use
      And has been designed to have the same back pressure as a stock one with the baffle in and with or without a cat converter
      Removing the baffle just makes it much louder so I hope you got some really good ear plugs 😉

    Did it come with a screw to reattach that baffle? Will it pass uk mot as it stands ? Sorry I'm new to all this . I've spoken to my dealer about a new exhaust and they start from £690 . It's a massive saving doing it this way though.

    • @TinManvlogger
      @TinManvlogger  Před 6 lety

      Hi mate
      No it didn't after drilling the rivet out I used a shortened m5 bolt with a nut to be able to refit it if I wanted to
      My bike is only 2 years old so haven't had an MOT yet but I can't see why it wouldn't pass you might get a noise advisory but that should be it
      It is a lot cheaper to install a new exhaust yourself mine was the first one I've ever done
      As long as you take your time and don't over tighten things you will be fine 👍

    • @TinManvlogger

      However I didn’t buy one so it’s up for it’s MOT next March weather or not it passes will determine if I need to buy one

      @TinManvlogger  Před 7 lety

      Hi Alexandre sorry for the late reply I've been a little busy recently
      I have a 2016 model bike and I don't think there is any difference between the 16 and 17 years
      The mivv is all noise lol I'm not sure if it has increased the power I've never had It on a dyno or fitted a power commander or ecu flushed it
      I haven't noticed any loss in power but I don't ride the nuts off it constantly to know the difference I think if your worried about power loss stick with the stock as that could be a concern with any exhaust system
      but if you want something that makes an amazing sound change it for something awesome and buy some good ear plugs 😁😉

    • @HalfdeadRider
      @HalfdeadRider Před 7 lety

      You should install a high flow air filter and get it remapped to make sure it is running nice, not rich or lean. You will also get more power and tourque from the mods and the map itself. Just fitting the exhaust will give no gains on modern engines, you need to let its brain (ECU) know why there is a change or it will makle adjustments to put out stock values.
