This is just a suggestion Try listening to rain music, the 10 hour version is in my personal opinion, one of the best ones because I have been listening to it for the past few years because unless I’m extremely exhausted, there is no way I can go to sleep.
^ adding onto the suggestion, sometimes when regular asmr doesn't, this channel called dreamy sound's driving asmr vids help me a lot, it's engaging enough to distract you but not too engaging so you can still fall asleep, imo :) they have a playlist dedicated to it on their channel if you check them out

I learned about myself from this video. I never thought of myself as “a hiker”, but every time it came up as an option, I always chose the hiking choice.
I paused the video so much because I was too indecisive on so many questions, but I enjoyed it, it made my head work lol. The hardest question was how to handle bad luck for a week. I almost answered the third option, but I remember having so much bad stuff happening at college, that the first option is how I ended up completing my studies, because it worked wonders.
I love these types of videos where you talk directly to the camera - like asking questions or explaining things to us viewers. It helps me relax when I'm very anxious! thanks
