Flashy choreography is exciting for sure, but every now and then it's good to minimize the complexity and focus on simplicity.
This song is perfect as a warm-up, but keep in mind it's not very long in length so consider adding an additional warm up in your playlist.

This is a great song if you are just starting out for teaching brand-new persistence. The breakdown of the chorus will allow anyone at any fitness level to catch on!
If you're looking for a more high-intensity workout, make sure you're utilizing full range of motion in all the moves and add it jumps when possible.

Dont jump. Keep it a single leg to the side and just a step back instead of running.
If you just keep it slower like they show it first and Valerie is describing below that should work. :)
I did the jumping as I could. Then like Val said I did single steps to lower the impact! :)
