Yes Darren a fair result, could have gone either way. The Scotland team in 76 was decent, had some very good players. Watched Archie Gemmill a fair few times when he was at Blues. Tidy player. Could I ask were you got the goal netting from? I just bought the LFC starter kit for my son and was disappointed by the goals - not how I remember them from the 70s but plastic and impossible to fit. Many thanks.
My goals are metal and I bought them Astrobase in Italy. I have had them a while and cost £50 plus packaging. What I would say is there are other goal makers out there, if you look up a guy called Peppe Cafaro on Facebook he does some fantastic bespoke goal designs. Other than that eBay has loads of different goals, my personal favourites are the Blue and Red World Cup goals or the tournament goals which you’d recognise from back in the day. You’d pick a decent set up for between £10-£15 plus packaging. Hope that helps 👍
Nice video. I like how players used to shake hands when celebrating a goal. I remember this even in the 90s. I dont like these daft showy celebrations they do now.

Thanks, agreed the game has changed in that respect. Today’s game is unrecognisable compared to back in 70’s etc. Some good but a fair bit not so.
