Great analysis man, i absolutely love this character.
One thing though : his B assist is ACTUALLY A neutral assist.
It’s fast af and you can just toy around, call it and since it s fast and gives you a wall bounce then it s pretty easy to confirm !

Cell’s lvl1 being invincible makes perfect sense lol it’s a barrier, 17’s lvl1 barrier and S broly’s lvl1 barrier are also invincible so same logic applies

Problem with the perfect attack is not the invisibility, the problem is that it's not very punishable on block unlike many DP-style moves (or if it's consistently punishable I haven't found the way to do it yet).
