Who can blame you? I love cute things with cute audio, so just bought a mixie creature on Ebay.
You only live once ! I live with a 12 mm brain aneurysm everyday . Sooo I'm gonna live life like today is my last ! I bought one of these toys for myself yesterday . My husband giggled and said hey babe wait till I get home I wanna help . Enjoy life while it's here nobody gets out alive !
Spent 70 dollars, daughter loved it for 10 minutes. Now it sits on the bedroom floor, never to be touched again

Right! Lol in the 90s the instructions would have been "tell your kid to go to another room before you place the mystical creature into the magic mixie container"

As was said, the mist was made with vegetable glycerin, so Just adding water won't make that much vapor

I had no idea what this was and I was helping my niece (at her birthday party) with the potion and a mixie appeared. I got scared thinking a child dropped a stuff toy in the water and did not realize it was part of the Magic Mixies. I think I had more fun with the Magic Mixies than my 6 year old niece haha. I kinda want one now haha. What a great toy!

This toy is really cool! My daughter absolutely loves it! But after you charge it and turn it to a mode it will seem like it doesn't work. When you add the water boom it's alive!
@JessicaScearcy Thats correct in order to make it work you need to add water which activates it and then that’s where the magic begins. 🙂🙂🙂🙂🙂
I thought we had a dud but it did do sounds and bubble. It never did make a mist so after many attempts I just distracted her for a minute and then opened the bottom to get the toy and popped into the cauldron like we just missed it by not waiting long enough. :) Still cool.
@@FlatEarthEmporium did you switch it to creation mode or spell mode? If it was spell mode, then no mist appears
^ This, the instructions say to listen for tapping or to tap the wand BEFORE they have you add water. And theres otherwise ZERO indicators of when this thing is charged and ready, so irritating.

Well that depends on your connection to it but sure you could call it technically a familiar :)
This is really cute but I feel like my kids would be over it after the cauldron part was over
It’s reusable it comes with a key to reset the cauldron and it comes with a little box to set in there to put whatever surprise you want in it to flip out when the spell is complete I use it as a reward system for my kids now
It comes with enough mist to get 5-6 misting uses out of it but after that you have to buy the refill packs then you get 5-6 uses again but they’re always on sale for $5 at walmart
That's a neat idea for a fun rewards system.
Yes like mi daughter I had to get refills cause she wants to do it over and over lol but they are expensive so I told her Majic is over lol

Do you buy more kits for spells to make little creatures?
Pretty high price to mix up water and things to get one little creature.
You can't buy more creatures to come out of the cauldron, but it is possible to buy refill packs that come with a new spell, new ingredients, and ofc, mist refill.

You can put other toys the size or smaller than the mixie into the caldron and reveal it using the same steps.

the thing is the doll is in a hidden compartment and what would happen if doing all this doesn't open the hidden compartment
Mine came with the creature already showing the plastic base was upside down so as soon as I opened it I saw the toy I thought I did it wrong it’s weird that it came like that but i watched your video and saw how you did it and I was able to flip it back to the way yours came I’m glad I watched your video I was so confused I thought I ruined it cause I was like how am I gonna pour water on the pet too bad my daughter saw it before I was able to flip it
