It’s a wonder Joe saw an “increase in diagnosis” seeing as they weren’t fucking diagnosing it before lol
well if you take into account other over-diagnosed diseases, especially mental-health issues, i understand where he's coming from.. every kid is on ADHD meds, benzos are almost over the counter, everyone is on antidepressants (i got a perscription after 10mins in he doctors' office), and autism really is on the rise - not sure if it's a natural thing or not, if the symptoms are too broad so it's overdiagnosed or what, but he's not wrong.. i'm not saying that some people don't need meds, but it is getting a little ridiculous.. i'ts a worldwide thing, but especially in america - imagine they put you fully under and give you a perscription for opiates for simple wisdom teeth extraction?! we do that sh*t with local anesthesia and some ice afterwards lmao

All the culture war talk is so fucking tiresome. How many times can Joe bring up free speech, censorship, and cancellation before even he's sick of it?
He hasn't reached that point yet.
and we have free speech platforms like x. Censorship is not a common thing in the west at all. Cancellation, what even is that? Name one guy who has been "cancelled"?
That's why I stopped listening to him. He just recycles the same few subjects with every guest he has on. The other thing is that he only entertains the ideas from the crazy people on the right, but never from the left. He tells people to vote Republican but then swears he's not a Conservative. If he was conservative, then fine, but at least be honest about it. He'll platform guys like Tucker but he would never platform some crazy Black Nationalist with pronouns in his twitter bio. I used to really love Joe Rogan, and I thought his podcast was important for free speech, but then the Maajid Nawas podcast came along, where they talked about how the vaccine was bullshit for two god damn hours, when Joe literally had the same fucking conversation the podcast prior. I just shut off after that. I really miss pre-Covid JRE. It's just a culture war podcast now.

It’s idealism, which is an ancient philosophy. Tucker doesn’t explain it well but I recommend reading Plato
You have obviously never felt the love of God or any higher power
They say that like knows like and that the inner perception of an immortal or transcendental being is evidence of immortality or transcendence within oneself. For instance, you could use this argument to argue for the existence of God or the soul from our knowledge of seemingly universal mathematical or logical principles. This sort of argument at once could be said to establish the relaity of the divinity and our place as humans at the center of creation. I wouldn't say its totally convincing, but its at least intriguing and refuting it is almost as hard as accepting it when you think about all it entails.
@@anon2427you can't possibly believe this is what Tucker meant with that

Bruhs literal logic for creationism is "everybody else used to believe in creationism so it must be true!" which is a textbook definition of bandwagon fallacy, but his goons are like "OMG he's cooking!"
I understand where you're coming from, but I would argue that since for the vast majority of human history, all human cultures have had some spiritual sensibilities that also include archetypal stories of creation, I would ask you to see the past with some reverence since the amount of time that we've rejected a creation "myth" is a comparable blink of an eye. I am not a Christian, but I would think it foolish to reject the idea that showing humility in the presence of the fact that the overwhelming majority of our belief systems as a fallacy.
Tucker Carlson is not always right, nor am I (or you). But let's be hesitant to damn those few individuals who are willing to think differently in the face of what is bordering on secular fascism because they come from a Christian background.
Just because we can no longer sense something does not mean it doesn't exist! Be open to the ideas of the ancients. I bet they'd see us as fools for rejecting something that was once an obvious fact to people for much, much longer than us atheist/agnostics/secularists have been around 😊
Honestly at this point if you cant see God created everything, the lack of cope or lack of awareness is crazy.
Who is it that gets to decide what is a fallacy and what isn't? Because an actual fallacy would be taking one part out of what he says out of context. He never said that's the only reason
@@soupens to this i would retort back with humanity's biggest superpower being creativity. I have nothing wrong with people exercising make believe. It can be therapeutic, empowering and liberating BUT i do have a problem when people want me to partake in their fantasy and start explaining it as the actual basis for everything.
Actually it isn't the bandwagon fallacy. To be so it would have to be popular now, which in present discourse it isn't. If you had to label it with a fallacy then it should be the appeal to antiquity or tradition. The truth is that at worst Tucker is potentially just over-applying a heuristic that he has found to be valuable, which is that much of old rejected wisdom has been rejected out of hand, in favor of often-faulty newer wisdom, and that everything should be reexamined. In moderation it's a reasonable position to take. Anyway, don't let your thinking be dominated by bulletpoint lists of debate gotchas. Over-applied they can be just as counterproductive to your thinking as they are helpful.
Can the human race please collectively learn the difference between begging the question and raising the question?

Not a computer in the traditional aense of the word and definition
I'm not a religious person, but it doesn't bother me that Tucker is. As a matter of fact, I hope he's right. I don't know why so many people completely discredit someone as soon as they say they believe in God, and the anti religious mentality that's spread across the west is almost scary to me. It's clearly having a negative effect on morals and actions.
Actually believing in a religion has nothing to do with whether or not it is good for society. People will believe a religion if it is believable.
I think the globalized world has inflicted some serious damage to the traditional religions. 30 years ago, everyone around me more or less believed the same thing that I did. Now, I can meet a hindu, a buddhist, a muslim, and a jew with the click of a button. I am also arguing with those same people in the comment section.

I was beginning to warm up to tucker since he left Fox News, but Christ this made me just go back way down.
Come back to reality son.
The guys is a total nut job. I thought he was trolling Rogan at first. No way he was serious. Off script he's really stupid..... He really freaked me out.
Don't follow humans, go with Gawd
@@MiguelGarcia-vj7oo yeah, when I say “warming up” I mean I was beginning to find him humorous. But his weird ramblings made me realize that it maybe wasn’t a bit…
And I bet you think this statement makes you sound reasonable.
Enjoyed this channel but its gotten to where its just hating on anything that the owner of the channel doesn't think is real or true.
Podcast cringe is also cringe.
yeah the jre debate video made me cringe everytime he said that one guys last name and was like "yeah thats his last name" like i get it once but it was after EVERY time he said his full name
@pixelatedtree That was the joke!! He purposely kept mentioning that his real name was ‘Flint Dibble.’ The fact that you’re complaining about it in the comments shows it worked
@@pixelatedtreeand yes that's actually his name
@@awill3454It was pretty funny tbf.
Imagine just changing the word "evolution" to "adaptation" and claiming evolution isn't real.
Yeah, I really didn’t understand what he was talking about.
He’s a moron
He means that, for example, a dog can get a thicker coat of fur as an adaptation for cold, but it can't become an entirely different species
He is doing the literal interpretation of the bible thing where God creates each animal discretely, and probably more important for him, humans as their own entirely unique creation separate from the animal kingdom by being imbued with the characteristics of their creator, consciousness and free will
Tucker is really on this hill. But he don’t believe it.
Because there is a difference between evolution and adaptation.
Neither Joe or Trucker believe 90% of the conspiratorial or political bs they spew. They know their viewer base is dumb and take advantage of their ignorance for financial gain.
Charles Darwin theory of Evolution was published in 1859. He even offered a challenge that wouldn't stand the test of time unironically. " If it could be demonstrated that any complex organ existed which could not have been formed by numerous, successive, slight modifications, my theory would absolutely break down." -Charles Darwin, The Origin of Species. Darwin himself did not have the technological advancements to see the deep levels of the cells like we do today. The fact that the Flagellum cell has a rotor/gear and a tail in which it operates to move, would only logically lead us to believe that it was created. There is no shot in the dark that any atheist or skeptic would hear news from NASA stating they found a gear like object on a different planet and we all not come to the conclusion someone created it and left it there.
Yea. I left this podcast thinking, “wow, these guys are incredibly stupid compared to who I thought they were.” People helping each other is evidence of a good force playing upon us. Couldn’t be an evolutionary development or the fact that people want to be heroes.
I also love how Joe said 7 years ago nobody would’ve thought A.I. would take over. The movie The Terminator came out in 1982 I think.
Also Joe showing that Alex Jones verbal diarrhea and saying he said that in 2011(?) like he was saying something profound or predicting the future.
There is a big difference between a sci fi movie popularizing the idea of AI danger and people actually taking it seriously. People are still mostly sleepwalking on the AI existential threat issue. Sci fi might actually have set us back as it makes it harder to take the topic seriously on an emotional level.
Tucker doesn't have to adapt to anything, he's rich. so OF COURSE that's how the universe is.
🙄
he is a massive nepo baby
"I don't own a computer" wtf?
To be fair I don't either. Just a phone and a cheap tablet has got me by for the better part of a decade.
I just got one and haven't had one since AOL and I'm 36. Not uncommon 😊
Smart phones are computers especially if you have an android
@@SethHollingsheadyou also didn’t work for the biggest news station for over 7 years lol

Saying the Amish have fewer instances of autism is like saying deserts have fewer instances of drowning; you have to GO to the doctor to get diagnosed. I mean...do Amish even have insurance???
Autism is something we've only really learned about in the past hundred years. It took a LOT of research and development before we even figured out how to diagnose it consistently. Guess what ELSE developed a lot over the last century. Hint: it rhymes with "Max Sheen".
The rise in autism is from the chemicals in our food and water.
The levels are most definitely on the rise even with ever changing criteria
Also we cant forget that the diagnosis for autism has expanded tremendously within the past few years. Only 10 years ago, a child was pretty much only deemed autistic if they were nonverbal or had serious asperges. Now the entire category of autism has expanded and includes most forms of below average functioning. Even if a child is more advanced in all manner of intelligence, but is lacking in social skills, its concidered autistic in some cases.
Ya quit living in denial. Good luck with that.
@@anon2427 we don't KNOW that levels are on the rise, though. It could be that we just got better at seeing something that's always been there
This was the first video of Podcast Cringe where I felt he was interjecting his opinion too much. Kinda slid into that category where you know he doesn’t like Tucker. It was interesting to attach on the fact of single cell organisms don’t have bones.. okay then follow the trail to the first organism with bones and go from there. Felt like Podcast Cringe was in his feelings to much on this one
Joe won't have Alex Jones on his podcast anymore but he'll have diet Alex Jones on his podcast apparently
Diet alex Jones? He's extremely successful and almost all his government related "conspiracies" are true lol, crazy how you get a little away from covid and the elections and everyone thinks the government is cool again
Tucker is so much worse than Alex IMO. Alex knows he’s over the top and outrageous, and I think most people who listen to him do too. Tucker however, thinks he’s a serious journalist and his listeners treat him like a source of absolute truth
@@markdesmond3659 EXACTLY. Alex is an entertainer, Tucker purports to be a journalist.
@@AnneHathawayRules i mean, Tucker has been a journalist for his whole life, what..? and Alex too, by the way.. he brings/has brought more real information to the population than any news channel you can think of - even though he has gone a little mad over the past 25 years; but most of his intel is solid and he knows a lot of stuff that the people in power don't want the public to know.. why do you think they tried to ruin him and silence him over the whole Wendy Crook pool looting thing?
6:34 minor correction you don't need bones for fossils. E.g. dinosaur footprints.
Dinosaur footprints were put there by God to test our faith. Tucker was put here to test our patience.
Well dinosaur feet which don’t exist, theoretically have bones therefore they can leave an impression and a fauxcill.
We also know about unicellular organism’s roaming the primordial oceans billions years ago because of specific oxides deposits…or something similar. I’m talking from shit memory look it up.
Dinosaurs aren’t real. Oil is naturally occurring. Carbon dating is proven not to work

My child is autistic. He is 11. I don’t get offended by what any of them say about it; I just roll my eyes because they speak about it like stoned college kids who clearly have no real vested interest in it other than for the purpose of discourse. They are just waxing on and on, flip flopping weekly between the newest epiphanies based on what they’ve taken in most recently on the net and television and of course, their audio books… lmao i appreciate bringing attention to it, but I think most parents and those diagnosed aren’t depending on Joe and Tuck for their autism information.
My son too. And you’re exactly right.
Im on the spectrum and think we should explore every possible explanation be it conventional or controversial. Is it even true that people are more prone to autism now or is it just a question of it being more diagnosed or possibly over-diagnosed?
What you're viewing is old money interacting with new money in a pointless circle jerk with nothing of worth coming out of it, pun intended.
The supernatural is real and that ridiculous laugh is fake.
It's not fake. No one would choose to laugh that way.
yes, and no lol
What utter nonsense Carlson talks at all times
ah yes because people are either 100% accurate or completely full of shit. seems to be the dualistic thinking people love these days
Rogan has completely sold out
To?
@@Cobbido If you can't figure that out, why would someone waste their time trying to explain it to you.
@zoomingby what a bafflingly goofy response. People ask questions when they haven't figured something out for themselves...thats the entire point of asking a question. You ever asked a question you didn't know the answer to?
@@brandongenson1292 Apparently you believe that one's time can't be wasted explaining obvious things to people on social media. We're not of the same opinion there.
@@zoomingby The time you spent responding to me could have been used to give a worthwhile answer to the first question...but here we are so is wasting time really what your concern is here? It's not "obvious" who Rogan sold out to, so it's a pretty fair question to ask. He hasn't changed his opinions or talking points based on who's paying him, so how is he a sellout?
Maybe you should bring evidence to disprove something you feel that Tucker didn't bring evidence for.
This a trashy episode
That's not how it works. The onus is on the person making a claim to back it up with evidence. It isn't always possible to disprove the utter bullshit that people make up because it's made up.
the evolution one is pretty egregious. creationism is not real.
Many of these type of channels are exactly what they criticize.
Just on the other extreme of the issue.
You are actually quite analytical and tend to use logic and proof as a basis. Not ideology.

Great podcast. Both Joe and Tucker were solid, and no cringe whatsoever. Maybe Shane Gillis should have been invited for you to like the episode.
well said my man! also, i just can't wait for another "andrew schultz is acting weird" cash grab video to come out.
Gravity is still a theory, Tucker, but we all know it to be true.
the theory of Gravity has changed many times. Just because something is published in a peer reviewed journal doesn't make it true. It's just a theory. If you want the truth follow Jesus Christ.
yes but at the fundamental level we still dont fully understand it. as with most things
Two greatest minds in human history - Joe Rogan and Tucker Carlson discussing science of evolution and medicine. 🤦♂
So no one's supposed to have conversations about science evolution in medicine. We're all supposed to just take at face value, whatever any large corporation says and just not discuss it whatsoever? How dare these two men who watched the negative effects of what they're talking about over the course of multiple decades How dare they bring their opinions to a larger audience and have a logical discussion about those things
Tucker is America’s most popular russian oligarch

ignorant take
Wait so jamie is shadow banning people 😮
Watching TC is like watching someone actively lie to themselves hoping the world will follow suit
Kind of extra don't you think? Its not that dramatic. Woke?
When you have a conversation and discuss a topic with a friend do you pull out research you conducted yourself proving your theory correct??? No I’m sure you just have a conversation. These podcast are just conversation’s and you just pick them apart no reason.
Yes, actually 😂 and that's way more important when your disseminating information on a broadcast level to millions of people, is this a joke?
yuppp
A little bit of knowledge is a dangerous thing
They also have no idea what the term “theory” means with regards to scientific knowledge. Evolution still being a ‘theory’ in science means that its hypothesis has been widely tested and considered valid. (Aka: factual)
why is tucker carlson breathing so heavily in between questions
I think they're just two guys having a conversation (obviously lol). A lot of the points you bring up centre around your issue with them not having facts to back up their claims. In my opinion, they're just expressing their personal opinion with conviction. A subtle difference.. but I dont feel like they are saying anything for a fact there... they're just passionate about their own views on the subject.
Luckily we have a whole comment section of geniuses here calling them stupid for having opinions they don't agree with
These are less two guys having a conversation, and more two zillionaire media entities recording a podcast for money.
Agendas are being pushed.
Images are being maintained.
It really raises the question if any of this interview is 'real' and not entirely some sort of propaganda.
@@mattdelight God forbid anyone give a perspective outside of the mainstream GOP approved narrative. If Ben Shapiro and Mitch McConnell are melting down publicly over you, then you must be a propagandist with an agenda! Makes a whole lotta nonsense

it does in the eyes of most non-jews.

toe rogan doing the right wing grift is genuinely hilarious. he used to be extremely pro-vaccine, he used to openly advocate that children be vaccinated. and now hes not just vaccine skeptical he is now anti-vaccine LMAO
Dude, I think this podcast was pretty much the example of why someone shouldn’t listen to Tucker Carlson… the dude is constantly contradicting himself within the same podcast and then follows it up with stuff like, “well idk… I don’t own a computer… I don’t own a tv”… it’s like… sure, I think that’s great and healthy but then you’re admitting you’re the mouth piece being fed lines, so you’re even more ignorant than everyone you’re claiming is ignorant. Not to mention… did anyone else enjoy him saying he’s completely secular after spending the first half of the episode, and more, talking about creationism and spirituality? And I’m 100% sure it wasn’t a slip of the tongue. Not to mention how psychotic that laugh was.
I think he’d be fun to hang with but the guy’s bs insane
it's all smoke and mirrors. his whole entire purpose is to distract people from wealth inequality and keep people fighting about dumb bullshit that has very little impact on their lives, he's admitted this himself
He’s not being truethful in his speech or genuine and sincere in his speak. There’s a persona he’s Doing playing a character and sticking to the conservative religion Jesus I’d facts and evolution is wack why adaptations are had. Darwin is.
hes wildly curious about the world, its like he was reborn and is now trying to understand the world over again because hes been lied to so much. Its understandable that hes in this state of amorphous learning and questioning. People need to open themselves in that way a bit more imo, i dont agree with everything he says but I appreciate his attitude
I was hoping you were going to talk about when Tucker redpilled Rogan about WaterGate, far more interesting than two guys thoughts on spirituality and Aliens.
Can you give you a small description of what was said.
Nothing is more boring then watching two millionaires slobber praise all over each other and their buddies for 3 hours.

Tucker Carlson is the closest we ever got to getting a real life Eric Cartman. He is just comically malignent and narcissitic.
