Make a Leather Sheath for a Leatherman Surge

In this video I run through the steps I took to make a new moulded leather sheath for a Leatherman Surge. I also discuss the design choices I made which may be useful if you are considering a similar project yourself.

Wow that looks great, you really are quite a craftsman Trev. Interesting to see how you wet formed it. Not seen that done before. My leatherman wave could do with one of these. The old pouch split. It has had a hard life and spent a winter under the snow before it came into my possession when I found it in the melting sludge. Had a couple of years use after that too.
