Overall what's your thoughts on mannadium as a whole deck? Despite really enjoying the end board and the artwork in the cards, I feel like it loses to intrerruptions and sometimes I just feel it's tough if you go 2nd and the normal summon is removed, while you don't have riumheart, scareclaw kashtira or even fenrir to start with. Also some hands die to droll on the spot
Hey there! I think all of your points are valid points. It is definitely a deck that, going 2nd, you have to fight the urge to do optimal plays to ensure your play goes through sometimes. As for droll, there are a lot of decks that lose to it, which is no fun lol, and just is how it is, unfortunately. I do think it's a good deck but one that requires diligence and keeping up with countering the meta.
Have you done any testing with a yang zing engine using Denglong? Being able to revive denglong with the mannadium field spell is cool. It seems like any yang zing combos are 2 card combos though. Because the theory is normal summon a yang zing and pop it with a different card to float into the level 1 tuner and synchro with a lvl 4 to make denglong which can search a counter trap.
That sounds like a TON of fun. I love Denglong, even though I only ever played against Yang Zing, they always seems fun to play. I'll definitely take a look into this!
