Discover Puerto Vallarta´s charming Downtown and Oldtown districts with the help of your friendly, bilingual guide. You´ll ride in air conditioned comfort to the center of downtown where you´ll have a chance to stroll the length of our Malecon (seawall) to see our collection of sculptures by local and international artists.
You´ll visit the main square, where your guide will take you through the Church of Our Lady of Guadalupe and keep you entertained and informed along the way. Enjoy a stroll down the Cuale River Island's colorful garden pathway. Re-board the coach briefly to ride to our refreshment/restroom and shopping stop. Complimentary beverages are offered as well as free tequila tastings, as you shop or observe the local artists at work. Afterward, we'll make the short walk to Vallarta's newest attraction, Mosaic Park, which has become one of the most impressive collections of urban art, anywhere. The entire area shimmers and sparkles with Mexican themes, covering everything from the columns to the benches. We'll spend about 40 minutes there, before returning directly to the ship.
Love PV! We are glad you got to share it. Great job sharing the best stops. The malecon is one of my favorites. Love the street performers. Romantic zone is great too.
I loved the Malecon - now I just need to go back for a longer visit.
I am obsessed with that street art!
it was top notch
It was a nice trip, there's a lot of attraction to see. I like the Church of Our lady of Guadalupe and the Mosaic Park so unique. Thank you for sharing .
Thanks!
Amazeballs!! Thank You!!
Thanks!! 😊
Puerto vallarta ! it's a place that I have to visit !
Wow beautiful city with great activities. Loved the mosaic park and ship boarding was fun too! Really great video
Thanks! I really enjoyed this port
The water looks so inviting!! And that tall thing in the hat was incredible!! I love a good gift shop! What an amazing video! I love all the colors and the style of the buildings! Thank you so much for sharing this!
Yeah it was a beautiful port. I'd love to go back and enjoy the beach.
Enjoyed it again.
Mexico is a country that I've always wanted to visit! There's so much wonderful and fascinating attractions to spend your time exploring, even better when its next to some gorgeous natural landscapes! Very beautiful place!
It's a lovely place for sure!
I'm so glad you shared this video. I will be in Puerto Vallarta in 2 weeks on a cruise. Thanks for the tips.
Glad it was helpful!
Looks like a very colorful and fun port. Thanx!
Definitely very colourful and a lot to keep you busy there 👌
Can't wait to visit Mexico in the future! It looks absolutely beautiful!
It's a beautiful country - so many great cities to explore
Cruise rides are always so much fun. The architecture of Church is marvelous, market look so vibrant and mosaic park is excellent. Thanks for giving us brief through your videos
Thanks for watching!
Beautiful places to visit virtually through your videos. The cruise looks amazing and the ambience is great as always
Thanks so much!
Our family did this same ship and ports in fall of 2019. We loved Puerto Vallarta! We went out on our own and booked a tour in advance with Vallarta Food Tours -- specifically the Taste of Pitallal which is a fully guided tour off the beaten path and hands down this was one of the best tours we've ever been on in any port in any country. We will be on this cruise in late March of 2024! Can't wait to check out some of what you have pointed out. We will probably plan our own excursion again.
I always enjoy the “discover” city excursions on cruise ships. A great way to explore a new cruise port.
Yeah I like them too for the highlights. Then I know if I want to go back again.
Great place to visit!
I especially enjoyed the mosaic park.
It looks like you guys had a great cruise!
Yeah we liked this port.
Amazing presentation as always! I enjoyed the relaxing walk along the Malecon and having a photo with the colourful Puerto Vallarta sign. The street art and Mosaic Park with its intricate designs are sights to behold! Two thumbs up!
Thanks very much, appreciate it!
I had been following few group members on a tour of Mexico and it seems Mexico has lot to offer. I see another great video from the country. Thanks for sharing.
Yes there are lots of areas of Mexico to explore. So much to see and do there no matter your interest!
I’m learning so much about cruise life through your videos. It’s interesting to hear about the mosaic park and how one artist made a big difference there. I love inspiring stories like that!
Yeah I like those stories too and it was nice to see in person. Cruising is definitely a fun way to travel but we look forward to doing some more in depth exploring next.
Great video! It's always exciting to go on excursions when on a cruise and see new places. The Discover Puerto Vallarta tour seems like the perfect way to see all the top attractions in the city. Thanks for sharing your experience with us, it looks like you had a fantastic time.
Yes it was a great highlight of the city
Such a beautiful port 🤗 your tour seemed great, and awesome that you found a brewery in the romantic zone 🍻
I loved this port - I think I'd go back here for a week or more!
Great video Sara!
Thank you!! 😊
It looks that this trip with a cruise is a great experience, I've never done it before but it's on my list of things to absolutely do in the future, thanks for sharing !
It's a lot of fun, I highly recommend
This looks like a lovely tour, it’s so nice when the ship docks a little later so you have time for a good breakfast before exploring. Love the mosaic park, it’s great when the locals can change a place around with the skills they have. Glad you managed to squeeze in some drinks before going back to the ship.
Yeah it's nice when there's time to have a leisurely morning instead of rushing off the ship. And take advantage of the food included on the ship ;)
Feel Like going for a cruise, it's a different experience. Mexico has so many options to explore.
Yeah I really enjoy cruising - so much fun!
What a beautiful city! I will definitely look at a cruise that goes here. NCL is one of my favourite cruise lines
I really enjoy NCL as well. I can only compare to Royal and Princess. I'd like to try Celebrity one day.
Thanks for showing us this beautiful city.. Generally it’s either Cancun or Cabo that’s super touristy… But there’s so much more to Mexico… Your top attraction recommendations are super helpful to anyone visiting this place…
Thanks so much! There are so many other areas I'd like to visit in Mexico - one of my favourite places.
Thanks 🙂
Thanks! I'm visiting soon
Have fun!
Making me miss Mexico. The malecon looks great. Gotta bit of Campeche vibes to it. A bit busier though lol. Wow that sign is very colorful. The art and color of Mexico never ceases to amaze me. I was wondering when the beer was gonna show up.
Puerto Vallarta has so much to offer. I will definitely hit this next time I go through Mexico. What a beautiful place. Just had to come back for another watch.
You can always count on us to find the beer... it's like it naturally draws us in ;) Puerto Vallarta is definitely one of my favourite spots on this itinerary. I hope to go back.
Great video
Thank you 😊
i really enjoyed this video and listing the tour you went on was super helpful! i'm going on the same cruise in march and i couldn't find a lot of reviews on the excursions ncl offers.
Thanks - glad it could be helpful! Hope you enjoy your cruise.
We haven't cruised yet from the West Coast but are planning one. Thanks for the suggestions of things to do or places to see.
Happy to share!
Really enjoyed your video. We have been to Cabo San Lucas on a previous vacation to San Jose del Cabo so we stayed on the Bliss this time. And, my wife isn’t thrilled about the tenders. We were there on the Sunday of the 2 NFL Conference Championship games. It was a lot of fun watching football on the huge screen on the pool deck!
I actually really like the tenders - but they can be a pain and quite hectic trying to leave the ship. I bet that would have been a great time to be on board and enjoy the game on the big screen!
adventurous
We have not yet been to Puerto Vallarta, but I love how colorful so many of the areas are.
I would definitely want to visit the market that was less busy, and the park with all of the mosaics. Skylar would sure want to go to the brewery 😁
Well we are supportive of visiting all the breweries! It's a great area and I think I'd like to go back and spend a week properly exploring.
@@TheAverageTourist 🍻I bet you would find a few more breweries 😆which sure wouldn't be a bad thing...
Was all of this within walking distance from the ship? Thx
No most of this was too far to walk. But you could easily get a cab to the Romantic zone area which was the furthest away.
@@TheAverageTourist thx
Sorry, but it was boring.
Thanks for watching!! 🤣
