Waves // Beads as a wavetable synth through the Instruo Lubadh

- For this week’s video I tried using the Mutable Instruments Beads as the only sound source, with nothing plugged in Beads becomes a wavetable synth, which I then modulated and fed into the @instruo Lubadh, before manipulating those recordings and feeding them back into Beads and Monsoon by Big T Music, as well as my trusty @MAKEN0ISEMUSIC Mimeophon delay. This resulted in a pretty interesting ambient patch I think, with some nice use of the time control on the Lubadh, and that lovely reverb-rich granulation of Beads and Monsoon, what do you think? @@megamodularis oh its fantastic, it gives me the flexibility of recording modular or other instruments into it, and use it to stretch out compositions or just add ambience. Being able to tune/speed recordings up or down an octave is very intuitive and great for adding layers to a piece
Yeh I’ve just got it in the case, still figuring it all out and learning how it works, but I’m really enjoying it so far, I think I’ll have to go and watch a few videos about it, hopefully I can make a video exploring it a bit soon! If you have any Morphagene video recommendations let me know
@@megamodularis for me the mylarmelodies video helped out a ton, but there's definitely a couple of other really good videos on it. If you look up "morphagene glockenspiel" there's a great video that shows the morphagene in action and how it behaves, it basically convinced me to get the module.

Thanks! yeh good info, I’ve done things like that in the past I think, you can also play your frozen buffer with cv to the pitch parameter too, I should explore frozen buffers more in the future!
can you share your modulargrid link to have a look? :) it seems like I have a similar system, but I'm looking for some nice utility modules I might incorporate!
