What is ASMR?

This has always been one of the more potent asmr styles for tingles imo. Very visually and audibly stimulating while not being distracting to any degree. But I think its always better when you film the hand movements first, then try to replicate those movements on the mic while watching. That always tied the sounds/ visuals together and made it even more relaxing and tingly.
