I don't think he is as good as those two guys, but he does the all out, risky combos that are jaw dropping to watch and make you think.

This could be my favorite skate part put out this year. The first 5 minutes alone are stunning and keep me with a painfully dropping jaw. 4:14 is a trick that could put him up for SOTY or at least a thrasher cover. Fuck, this is amazing! Imagine Dylan in it... bringing in the cakes icing.

@@seanfarrellsullivanhasemotions Ok i see from which angle you approach this thing, mine is bit different tho, skateboarding to me has a much more interesting potential from an 'art' point of view, 'Gillette is the guy' was coming from that angle. An artistic approach to skateboarding do include 'perfomance' as a valid criteria, it also include a lot more thing to grocery list that count as making such critique, Thats why is on a 'performance' grid drysen would come up, but skateboarding is not only about performance, and thats why Gillette gets the ender

As a fine artist myself, that's how I view this film... and I just want us to meet halfway and that I see Justin's tricks as much more creative and blooming and risky and just overall... more fun and his artistic performance does it for me more. However, Austyn, after watching his part again, has a simpler/cleaner (yet gnarly) style that I respect on a much greater level than so many people. You know what I mean? If not, I respect your views either way.
The only thing that could make this video better is if half the tricks weren't filmed like a shoe commercial. I'll probably end up buying a pair. Thanks...
