I've been fan for 35 years! Saw them live multiple times back in 80's. Billy needs to play that Tele more. Fabulous!

You have got that right, never heard the Cult sound this good recorded live. Just a great band and the engineer production cats have that room down for the best possible sound. Love it.

I like this much better than the studio version... Could be just because it's a magical performance and I heard it before the other one. Just flawless, man... Shows how much Ian's still got it!

Just saw The Cult in Raleigh & they sounded awesome, just as they do on this video. I really don't get the comments that they should stick to their old stuff because they do. The fact that they keep the new coming is what makes them stand the test of time. I think they sound as contemporary today as any current band, old&new stuff included. Ian & BillyD just keep putting it out and I for one would like to see them get the props that they have so long deserved! ThisNC'80schic says rock on dudes!

He has serious hip problems that prevents most exercise. Many of us slow down as we get over 50 and enjoy foods as never before. As with Ian we're no longer svelte as we were the rest of our lives.
He has great phrasing and pitch. Screaming instead of singing when he was younger robbed him of his upper range.
