I think this is only for analgesia and not for sole anesthesia. Bcz obturator nerve , LFCN , posterior cutaneous nerve of the thigh is not covered in this.
Off topic but does anyone else think it’s crazy this pt is getting an AKA when it looks like it’s just his foot? Hope he got good pain relief short term and also adapts long term!

Do you separately block for the posterior cutaneous nerve of the thigh, sometimes positioned just away from the sciatic nerve isn't it?
