I don't wash either I just wipe with bioderma which is gentle and removes any sweat and sebum, I have really sensitive skin so I feel like even water in the morning would be too much and definitely too much to use a cleanser.
Finally! A video with such a beautiful woman who is not plastic! She is real funny making everything interesting not fake perfected! Her effortless beauty comes from inside out due to her bright personality! I salute you girl! Slayy!

Zosima I an a Nerd for ingredients. There is literally no reason a moisturizer should be this expressive. The molecules in there are to large to penetrate the skin, therefore it just sits on top, creates a smooth surface and keeps the moisture locked in the skin. There is no magic, and will not do anything different than a 20 dollar moisturizer.

You don't really have to wash with a cleanser in the morning, water is fine, especially if you have drier skin. Just change your pillow cases regularly, how dirty is your face getting while you sleep?
Because when you’re sleeping you’re detoxing that means wash off the toxins away from your face since you don’t want to clog it with the moisturizer and other products
washing your face in the morning is not really necessary, people with oily skin could potentially do it to remove some of the excess. water is already an irritant to the skin, you should minimize the amount of times you actually put your face in contact with water as it evaporates and pulls water out of your skin and disrupts the skin barrier. immediately after you wash it you should apply an humectant (like hyaluronic acid) and then apply moisturizer for optimal performance with a damp/wet face! im a doctor, but you should check out Dr.Dray's youtube channel, shes a board certified dermatologist and she explains a lot of topics there. life changer! (sorry for the long text)

Just genetics! Depends where you fat likes to store. For me my face gets big last (don’t get me wrong I still have a fuller face though). My fat will go to my stomach and back before anything else.
