Dumbarton football club's stadium lies just beneath Dumbarton Castle which sits on Dumbarton Rock.
It's got to be one of the most unique stadiums in Scottish Football! Just outside of Glasgow, Dumbarton currently play in Scottish League 1.

So I just started watching this past year, and thou it was a heartbreaking year I'm hopefully planning a trip next to year for a couple weeks so I can see a game live now that covid is over. GO SONS

@@FootyAdventures If you want former grounds to visit there are two I can suggest, the first is Cathkin Park, Third Lanark, near Hampden Park and located in a public park in which amazingly the banked concrete terracing remains. It is unreal, if you have not seen it before and worth a visit !! The other is in central Edinburgh, St Bernards who played at George V Park and formerly called The Gymnasium, located at Eyre Place in which both these Clubs previously won the Scottish Cup. Meadowbank Thistle had a strange history starting as a works team called Ferranti Thistle which they were unable to use being it was a registered company name. They changed their name to Meadowbank Thistle in 1974 and played at the Stadium in Edinburgh, before relocating to Livingston and changing their name yet again. Another Edinburgh team with a long history and played professionally that plays as a boys team is Leith Athletic in which currently they play at Leith Links and Peffermill.

Great vid mate. Bet Butler stadium in Dumbarton certainly has some spectacular views. Dumbarton and Rangers shared the very first Scottish league title because they finished level on points . Goal difference, e.t.c didn't count back then. The play-off match was a draw, so the title was awarded to both teams. The other team to have won all four tiers of Scottish football are Rangers of course, since they won all the lower division titles on their way back to the SPL after administration.

Thank F they’re back on top and look favourites to win the treble and finish well in the Europa League. Celtic had a very easy time during Rangers absence winning 9 titles in a row and just about anything else available, Celtic did nothing in Europe during that time and now that Rangers are back challenging them they fold like a wet paper bag.

Sam in the video you where talking about Dumbarton F.C but did you know
Dumbarton had a nother club from
1894 to 1925 this club was could
Dumbarton Harp F.C they played there games whare The Meadow Leisure Centre
now stands in the town at the time the peace of land was just could
    The Meadow.
    The name lives on though
The local Celtic Supporters Club & Social club of the same name located in
The High Street you cant miss it basically it's towards the end of
The High Street on your right hand side
The Meadow Leisure Centre is near Dumbarton Central railway station.
I know the town extremely well.
You should definitely go & watch
a Dumbarton game there is not a bad atmosphere considering there is only one actual stand.
What do you think of this proposed
    European Premier League ?
That has been in the footbal news today.

Thanks for the info as usual mate! On the European Prem, I'm not overly keen on it to be honest. I might make a video on it tomorrow summing up my views and seeing what it means for the smaller clubs. What are your thoughts on it?
