This is the theme song to my younger brother's d&d homebrew campaign.
It takes place in a hyper-advanced magitech society.
Specifically, it takes place in a single arcology/space elevator/launch line.
The "building" is 175 km/175 km/4,000 km.
There are 26,666 floors, at roughly 150 meters of height per floor.
Giving a total land area of roughly 800 million square kilometers.
The Earth has a land area of approximately 510 million square kilometers.
Let that sink in.
Try to imagine the scale...the immensity of such a structure...
There are 500 such structures on the planet. Which is, itself, a planetwide eucemenopolis.
The best part.
You don't need magic to build shit like this.
Just really good engineers.
A high-level K-1 civilization could theoretically do this, and a K-2 definitely could.

Squiddle oh, it's quite real, I assure you. In fact, similar structures have been suggested before by real engineers. This one is actually on the small, and unimpressive side. Real space elevators would be around 30,000 km in length and would require advanced materials such as carbon nano-tubes to build. But they are well within the engineering capabilities of modern humans.
Lol no they aren't. We aren't capable of producing said carbon nano-tubes in large quantities, and definitely not in such a magnitude to build a fucking space elevator. Besides that, it is said that in theory said structure would be capable of withstanding the immense forces accompanied by this, but it doesn't account external factors like space debree, or the sheer complications coming with the intend of connecting something dozens of kilometers or further in earth orbit to a stationary anchor on the ground. The farthest we ever built is something around 900 meters in comparison. So in what regard are we actually capable of building this today exactly?
